Support for Companies and Individuals During the Coronavirus Pandemic

Like you, we’re closely monitoring the latest news on the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our team recognizes that many organizations may be forced to freeze full-time hiring or even enact temporary layoffs.

This crisis is why we are taking two necessary steps that we hope can help many of the people and companies in our industry:

  1. All of the fees associated with our freelance jobs/gigs will be waived until further notice. Waiving our fees will ensure the connection between the employers needing to do more with less full-time help in the months to come, and many of the individuals looking for additional income streams is frictionless.
  2. All of our monthly memberships (reserved for candidates) are free of charge until further notice. Assist 2 Develop’s marketplace is built upon the framework of virtual collaboration, so these subscriptions include the ability to conduct virtual interviews, real-time collaboration sessions, and mentorship all through our integrated meeting tools. We hope this measure allows the thousands of providers on our platform to showcase their capabilities virtually.

To sign up click here and select "find work" (candidates) or "hire a candidate" (companies).

We understand there is a lot of uncertainty due to COVID-19 and the economic conditions in the months to come. This is why I will conclude with a quote from the late Albert Einstein: “In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.” Let this be an opportunity to come together and help one another.
